“Permutations”: Ash bowls on a fir frame, 7.25" wide × 16" high × 3.5" deep

This piece is a wall hanging, though I photographed it standing on a table. It consists of three ash bowls, turned from the same piece of wood, on a burnt, wire-brushed fir frame.

The bottom photo is of the piece hanging in the “Wood You Believe” show held at Details Art and Design in October 2008; the piece hanging with it is called “Assent, Ascent.”
