Mesquite hollow vessel with Peruvian chrysocolla inlay, on a matching stand, 4.5"

This mesquite has a lot of figure. I've left a couple of patches of cambium too, as you can see. The Peruvian chrysocolla has a deeper blue tone to it than turquoise. I particularly enjoyed designing the stand for this round-bottomed vessel, which won't stand upright without it.
